Bryan Geary and Carl Sorrell – The IntoCeramics Leadership Team has a combined 70 years’ experience in manufacturing, designing, and building plants, ceramic engineering, research and development, re-purposing excess materials, formulation, and operations excellence.
Prior to co-founding IntoCeramics in 2020 and OPF Enterprises in 2010, Bryan held increasingly responsible positions in manufacturing operations and R&D over a 25-year span. His positions included laboratory manager, production supervisor, production manager, plant manager and director of manufacturing.
His international successes in ceramic materials, technologies, and processing have led him to be a transformational agent for existing or new groups in search of improvement-both in processes and materials use.
Bryan’s expertise includes the complex technical aspects of ceramic resources, materials, and manufacturing as well as a thorough knowledge of traditional ceramic manufacturing techniques, business improvement, plant expansions and re-fits as well as new plant construction.
Before co-founding OPF Enterprises, Carl spent 35 years in the operations side of the ceramic industry, as well as directing research and development groups key to innovation. He held increasingly responsible positions including production operator, front line supervisor, engineering manager, maintenance manager, plant manager, director of research and development and vice president of manufacturing.
He is adept in materials analysis, process improvements, materials sourcing, CAPEX/OPEX, and construction planning and execution.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from the university of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri Science and Technology).
Ryon has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing operations including the last 12 in the Ceramics consulting and manufacturing space. He has held increasingly responsible positions including production operator, front line supervisor, plant foreman, lab manager, business unit and operations manager and now Technical Director at INTOCERAMICS
He is adept in product and process development improvements and troubleshooting from the lab to the plant level operations.
